Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

It's a monthly payment. It depends on how many products and channels you have; we tell you in the first message, with no commitment.

Does my usual WhatsApp keep working?

Yes. You don't change number or app: the assistant connects to your WhatsApp Business, and you keep using it as always.

What if I sell without an invoice, or in my shop?

When a size or colour runs out, you mark it “Sold out” on the product, from your phone, and it stops being offered in your online store, your catalog and by the assistant.

What if I already have an inventory system?

You can keep using it. We help you connect it to Lumbreo, so your online store, your catalog and the assistant work from that inventory.

What about my accountant? And the SRI's invoicer?

Your invoices are still SRI-authorised electronic invoices, so your accountant works with them as always. The difference is that you invoice from Lumbreo, so your stock hears about every sale.

Do I need an electronic signature to invoice through the SRI?

Yes. The SRI requires it to authorise your invoices. If you have one, you upload it once. If not, we guide you through getting one from an authorised provider.

Do I need a website?

No. Lumbreo gives you an online store with a page per product, ready for your bio and for WhatsApp. If you already own a domain, you can use it.

What do I need from Facebook and Instagram?

A Facebook Page and your shop's Instagram account. If anything is missing, we set it up with you.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes: your products and your invoices are yours; we hand them over whenever you ask.
