If you wrote to us on Messenger or Instagram and you want us to delete what we hold about you, here are the two ways to do it.
1. Wait, and it deletes itself
Almost everything we keep from a conversation is deleted automatically: the most recent messages and your name after 7 days, and technical identifiers after 48 hours. You do not have to ask for anything.
2. Ask us to delete it now
Write to gabosom@gmail.com from any address, including:
- the name of the store you wrote to;
- the name you appear under on Facebook or Instagram;
- roughly when the conversation happened.
That is enough for us to find and delete what we hold. We do it within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
What we cannot delete
- The conversation on Facebook or Instagram. That copy is Meta's and yours, not ours. You can delete it from the app itself, or ask Meta to.
- Technical logs held by our hosting providers, which are deleted on their own schedule and do not identify the content of your conversation.
